Brief History
The institution was established in 1966 by late Alhaj Abdur Rashid Khan. After its establishment, he handed over the management responsibility of the institution to his son late Alhaj Advocate Md Enayet Peer Khan. From that day till 7th April 2014 AD i.e. before his death, Advocate Md Enayet Peer Khan was performing the duties of the president of the institution with great efficiency. He has worked tirelessly for the institution despite the busyness of serving as the Principal of Barisal Law College, President of Barisal Bar, Practice of Law, Barisal District Secretary of Bangladesh Awami League and President/Editor of various social institutions. It is through his hands that the institution has received all the touches of modernity. He is our pride. We are proud of him.
